I cannot thank Matt Milmeister enough for saving my parents house from foreclosure. 

 

My parents run a small asian grocery store in GR and do not speak english very well. They were not even aware that their house was being foreclosed on. Matt showed up at my parents store one day and tried to let them know about the foreclosure. Since my parents don't speak english well, they had no idea on what Matt was telling them. Matt went out of his way to reach out to me and asked me to translate the situation. I live 4 hours away from GR and was hard to figure out what was going on right away. Matt then went out of his way again by calling one of his friend that spoke Korean to help me and my parents understand what was going on. They both helped us by reaching out to our mortgage bank by actually going to the bank with us, then speaking with the bank managers to figure out a plan to save my parents house.  If it wasn't for Matt's act of kindness, my parents would've lost their house. I can honestly say, that Matt is one of the rare gem of people that should be trusted upon and blessed to know.

My mother had passed away, and her property that was in her name that I was living in was in foreclosure.  My other brothers were not aware of how serious this situation was.  I didn’t know what to do, I was just going to let the property go.  I met Matt Milmeister, and was referred to a probate attorney, we sold the house stopping the foreclosure and the estate received the money from the sale that we would have never gotten had we just done nothing.  Thank you very much Matt
